These Terms of Use govern your use of marinroofrepair.com and the other websites in the North Bay Pros network. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Our service
Marin Roof Repair is operated by North Bay Pros, a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent local service providers. We aren't a contractor, we don't perform any home services, and we aren't an agent of any provider. Providers are solely responsible for their estimates, pricing, work, licensing, permits, insurance, warranties and conduct. Any agreement for services is between you and the provider.
Our standards for providers
We ask the providers we work with to hold an active California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license where one is required and current liability insurance, and we check license status on the CSLB website (see How we vet providers). That's a screening step, not a guarantee. Please verify any contractor's license yourself at cslb.ca.gov, and check insurance and references before hiring.
No obligation, no charge to homeowners
Submitting a request is free and doesn't obligate you to hire anyone. Providers may pay North Bay Pros for referrals or for advertising.

Information on this site
Our guides are general information for homeowners. They aren't legal, insurance, engineering, medical or other professional advice, and may not fit your situation.
